My initial order was dispatched with an incorrect address, as confirmed by USPS, and I was informed that they would not take responsibility for this issue. The package is being returned to the sender, and I was told that a refund would not be possible. I placed a second order, but it has now been inactive for over two weeks, and the USPS tracking number appears to be invalid. While they indicate that it was 'shipped,' I have no way to confirm this. I am beginning to feel uncertain about the integrity of this company.
